Tv Asahi, one of Japan’s biggest television networks, has recently published its first-ever list of ‘The 100 manga of all time’, which was created by an open poll on the station’s website, where 150000 people participated in and voted their favorite manga.
While the top 10 contains incredibly popular shounen series than other genres, the overall list varies quite a bit, with the ’80s most notable Akira like quintessential cult classic titles and a handful of very familiar names like Glass Mask, Hoshin Engi whose names most of the newer otakus barely remember.
