Shipping — Key Points

  • Fulfillment partner: Most apparel and accessories are made-to-order and fulfilled by our vendors. For each order, we share the minimum information required to print and ship (name, shipping address, phone, product details). We do not share full payment card numbers with fulfillment partners.
  • Production time: Made-to-order items typically require 1–3 business days for production before handoff to the courier. Some limited or popular designs may take longer during high-demand drops.
  • Shipping time: After production, the estimated courier transit is 2–7 business days within India, depending on the courier and destination. These are estimates — actual delivery time may vary.
  • Free shipping: Free shipping is available for all orders except for Cash on Delivery orders. For all Cash on Delivery orders, ₹49/order is applicable.
  • Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping/tracking email (or SMS if provided) once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account or the Track Order page.
  • International orders: If we accept an international order, shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
  • Delivery attempts & address changes: Please provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a courier returns an order due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged the return shipping fee and any re-shipping fee if the order is to be resent.
  • Lost or severely delayed shipments: If tracking shows a lost parcel or has not moved for an extended period, contact us at official@indiananimenetwork.com with your order number. We will work with Qikink and the courier to investigate and resolve.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation window: Because most items are printed on demand, cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of placing the order or before the order has entered production (whichever comes first).
  • How to cancel: Email official@indiananimenetwork.com with your order number as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund the full amount. If production has started, cancellation may be refused.
  • If your order shipped: If shipment has already been dispatched, follow the Returns process below — cancellations after dispatch are treated as returns and are subject to the Returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges — Overview

  • Return window: Report defects, incorrect items, or damage within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Manufacturing defects (misprint, major stitching issues, incorrect product).
    • Wrong item shipped (different SKU/size/colour than ordered).
    • Significant shipping damage.
  • Not eligible: Change-of-mind returns (unless the product page explicitly allows) and items damaged after delivery due to misuse, worn/washed items, or missing original tags/packaging. Customised or personalised items (text/art modifications) are non-returnable unless defective. Limited-edition / “final sale” items may be non-returnable — these are marked clearly on the product page.

How to Request a Return/Exchange (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact support within 7 days: Email official@indiananimenetwork.com with your order number, photos of the item (full product + close-ups of defect/damage), and a short description of the issue.
  2. We acknowledge & review: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours (business days) and may ask for additional information.
  3. Return approval & RMA: If eligible, we will issue a Return Approval (RMA) and instructions — including a return shipping label or pickup arrangement where possible. Do not send items back without approval — unapproved returns may be refused.
  4. Ship the item back: Follow the instructions we provide (pack securely, include order slip/RMA). If shipping is customer-responsible, keep tracking info and receipts.
  5. Inspection & outcome: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–7 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the outcome (approved/refused).
  6. Refund or exchange: If approved, we will process a refund or ship the exchanged item per your choice and stock availability.

Refunds — Details & Timelines

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (card, UPI, wallet). For COD orders, we may issue refunds by bank transfer or store credit if agreed.
  • Processing time: After approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges & restocking: Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, shipping damage). For change-of-mind returns (if accepted in rare cases), return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. We will confirm any fees before authorizing the return.

Exchanges & Size Issues

  • Size exchanges: If an item fits incorrectly and the product is exchange-eligible, request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on availability — if the requested size/product is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
  • Try before you wash: Please try items on over underwear, keep tags attached, and do not wash prior to return/exchange requests — washed items may be rejected.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items – Extras Care

  • Document the issue: Take clear photos of the defect/damage and the shipping packaging and send them to official@indiananimenetwork.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will assist with courier claims: For shipping damage, we may file a claim with the courier on your behalf once we receive the photos and return the item. Please retain all packaging until instructed otherwise.

Refunds for Returned International Orders

  • For international returns, customs duties paid on import are generally non-refundable by customs. Refunds for returned international shipments will be processed after we receive and inspect the return; you will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges or Replacements Due to Production Errors

  • If a product is confirmed to be produced incorrectly (print/colour/size error), we will either:
    • Reprint and send a replacement at our cost; or
    • Refund in full if we cannot replace it in a reasonable time.

Lost-in-transit or Undelivered Orders

  • If tracking shows a delivery attempt failed or the parcel is returned to the sender, contact us immediately. For lost parcels, we will investigate with courier and either resend the order or refund if the parcel cannot be recovered.

Order Damaged after Acceptance

  • Once an order is accepted and delivered, any damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under returns. For manufacturing defects discovered after extended use, contact us and include photos; eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case.

Cancellation & Refund Scenarios — Quick Guide

  • Cancellation before production: Full refund.
  • Cancellation after production / after dispatch: Cancellation treated as return; return rules apply.
  • Defect/wrong item: Return approved → full refund or replacement + return shipping at our cost.
  • Change of mind: Subject to approval; return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Force majeure & delays

Production and shipping timelines may be impacted by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic, courier outages). We will communicate delays where possible and offer refunds or exchanges if a reasonable remedy cannot be provided.
